Title: System Testing Analyst
Location: Mandeville, LA
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
Compensation: First year W2 between $75K - $85K
Compensation structure is $20-$21/ hour + OT + 4% onshore / 8% offshore project commission
$5,000 sign on bonus

Position Description:
The System Testing Analyst will check conditions, fluid levels, overall battery voltage, and specific gravity readings of cells, using
voltmeters and hydrometers.
• Connect sensing leads to batteries and recording cell float voltages.
• Connect portable battery plant with station battery when needed.
• Communicate with customer on all necessary connections to equipment. Connect load banks to batteries.
• Apply temperature correction factor to discharge load and program test equipment.
• Initiate capacity tests, maintaining load at the specified level throughout testing until battery terminal voltage drops
• below the specified end voltage.
• Assist customer personnel in adjustment of charger current limit and output voltage levels.
• Check voltage and polarity with a calibrated digital multimeter prior to making any battery connections.
• Check for voltage and continuity with a calibrated multimeter prior to making any connections to the load bank(s).
• Protect all cables from pinch points, sharp edges, and any short circuits.
• Safely and proficiently operate a 20’ straight box truck. Understand the basic theory of reasons for capacity testing.
• Proper use of a multimeter and amp clamp. Proper use and selection of PPE.
• Understand parallel series circuits. Understand the NPG procedures for testing.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of technical training and hands-on experience in an electronic/electrical role with the US Navy or
Airforce. Experience with UPS/Turbine systems and Telecom are a plus. You must also have knowledge and experience with
Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, Hydrometers, and Computer Skills, software skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Additional Requirements Include:
• Must have satisfactorily completed a pre-employment assessment, background screening, pre-employment physical and DOT drug screen (hair follicle).

General Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for putting together service quotes, entering the information into our CRM (Green Tree) and maintaining industrial batteries, chargers and battery handling equipment in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Coordinator is also responsible for investigating and resolving a customer’s technical issues and providing recommended solutions to issues uncovered. Service Coordinator will be responsible for invoicing customers, following service processes, and reviewing service reports and following up with customers. Serve as back up to Service Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Follows all company policies and procedures as listed, but not limited to: safety, environmental, OSHA, and DOT Hazmat.
• Scheduling and coordinating of Service Calls and Deliveries.
• Process Service Requests in Net Zero. Invoice Service Requests within 2 business days of completion of work by Service Tech.
• Ensure Service Technicians hand in reports and daily timesheets promptly and accurately.
• Organizes Preventive Maintenance contracts with customers.
• Coordinate Service Truck Inventory quarterly.
• Coordinate Service Truck Maintenance and maintain proper logs.
• Coordinates problem resolution with technical support, customer service, sales, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
• Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

Environmental & Physical Demands:
The Service Coordinator position requires indoor/office work with limited exposure to excessive noise, dust, or temperature changes. Position Description:
This Field Service Representative position will be within the company U.S. Services business team. This team focuses on servicing critical data center equipment. They are the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service provider for company electric equipment.

As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service
• Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
• Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues
• Continuous learning and training on various products both in the field and in the classroom

On some days, you may even:
• Assist the Field Project Manager on larger system startups
• Act on behalf of the District Service Manager to resolve operational issues as required

Requirements:
• The company is looking for strong Military Veteran technicians with training, education, and experience in electronics and/or electrical theory, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with UPS, electrical, electro-mechanical or electronics related equipment is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control the operation of all plant machinery and equipment including boilers, generators, and water treatment.
• Monitor and be responsible for the effect on plant operations of all activities occurring in the Plant and in the Distribution System
• Operate–start, run, monitor, adjust and stop–Plant machinery and equipment in a safe manner.
• Operate following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and assist in continual improvement.
• Monitor and record Plant operating parameters.
• Monitor customers consumption levels and demands.
• Perform tests of operating equipment as directed.
• Monitor water chemistry in the various plant water systems and adjust chemical feed systems as required.

Qualifications:
